The Railyard is one of the first condo complexes in downtown Austin, Texas. They were built in the mid 90's and are still in demand. The units do not stay on the market long because of their convenient location and the fact that they are only two stories. There is a great community feel here and most of the neighbors know each other.

from the convention center, to the live music and restaurants on 6th street, and walking distance to the state capitol.
