Some lots have views of the greenbelt and some have hill country views. There are homes that are under 2000 square feet and some that are 5000 square feet. I've sold several homes in Senna Hills and the people always speak highly this subdivision. They comment on the beautiful homes, the hillcountry views, the good schools (one is right in the neighborhood) and the great homeowner park. The people usually want to downsize when they move OR they've been transferred out of Austin. I haven't run into anybody yet that wanted to sell because they didn't like it here. What's not to like? The homes are beautiful, the yards are immaculate, the streets are wide and the drivers are friendly. Just take a drive through there and look at the people. Most of them look very happy.
