Riverplace is one of the first luxury home developments in Austin, Texas. It was centered around the Riverplace Country Club and private golf course. It's a big, sprawling luxury subdivision that is on a hill and you could either have jaw-dropping views from the top of the hill (and some of it backs to a preserve) or golf course lots.
To get there from inside 360 in Austin, you would go West on Ranch Road 2222 about 5 or 10 minutes and it will be on your left hand side. There is a traffic light at the entrace. Sell your home in Riverplace now!
Just a couple of years ago it was kind of out there by itself, but now there is shopping on 620. HEB has just opened up at the corner of 620 and 2222 with a huge new store and gasoline pumps. Lack of shopping had been a drawback in the past, but that is no longer an issue because of all of the boutique shops and restaurants that have opened up recently. Riverplace is just a hop, skip and a jump to the Oasis Restaurant which boasts the most beautiful sunsets in Texas. |
