Meridian is a new subidivision in Southwest Austin that is only a couple of years old. Newmark and Wilshire Homes are building in there and this is going to be quite a big development. It is just across Mopac/45 from Circle C Ranch, so it is conveniently located. There is going to be an awesome homeowner park and it will take a year or so more to finish all the homes there. Some of the lots back to woods and the yards in this subdivision are on the average to small size. Sell your home in Meridian now!
Drive out of the subdivision and you are on 45 which becomes Mopac right around the corner. It's also right around the bend from the Circle C Golf Course and Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center.
