Cherry Creek is a subdivision in South Austin located right off of Brodie Lane. The subdivision was built by Bill Milburn. (Bill Milburn homes sold out to Continental Homes that sold out to DRHORTON.) Sell your home in Cherry Creek now!
Some homes are single story, some are two story. Some back to green areas. Some have great big yards. There are two home owner association pools for all to enjoy. The kids have a large play area and some pretty cool things to climb and slide on. The playscape is really big. There are trees to climb and there's a big field just waiting for kites. Cherry Creek is in the award winning Bowie High School district. I've had lots of clients call in and ask specifically for "Bowie High School." My youngest son graduated from Bowie in 2007 and I have nothing but good things to say about Bowie. (and I'm not easy to please when it comes to my kids' education) This area of Austin real estate is tree covered and the lawns are all well kept. Shopping is a snap here. There's grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, a jewelry store and watch repair place (that's where I take my stuff) and Austin Regional Clinic. That's where our family doctor practices. You can also get to Mopac quite easily and be downtown or at Zilker Park within 20 minutes. There is no new construction going on in Cherry Creek. All lots have been built on and the yards and neighborhood is very established. It's a great place to call home.
