Belterra is a huge new subdivision in Dripping Springs located right off of highway 290. There are a few resale homes on the market, but not one of them is more than 4 years old. Several builders are still building there and the subdivision still has a bunch more homes planned. This is a very well thought out planned community. There are parks and pools and the streets are wide enough to comfortably navigate. People definitely live large in Belterra. The builders were able to leave a lot of trees while building and it certainly adds to the charm of the area.
