I am a licensed REALTOR in the state of Texas and I have been since 1991.  I am full time and current on laws and procedures in Texas. The rules are constantly changing and I am on top of it.  I can get the job done.  This is my passion and I love getting people into the home of their dreams.  Most of my business comes from repeat clients and/or referrals.

I am a native Texan.   Austin is my home.  These are my "stompin' grounds" as we say in Texas.  I know every area of Austin.  Living here and raising a family here has allowed me to become even more familar with different locations in the Austin area.

I am a buyers' representative and a sellers' representative.  I have extensive training in luxury home marketing. Whether you are buying your first home or your last home, I am the one to call. I have accumulated a very good team of professionals to help with the home buying process.  These include good inspectors, repair people, good lenders and good title companies.  After doing this 18 years I know who can get the job done.
